Registration Opens January 2, 2012 (Midnight). 

ALL CATEGORIES are Limited.  In an effort to maintain the quality of this event, maximums have been set for all categories. 

Fees: (Fees are PER RACER)  (Midnight = Midnight MST)
     
      Early-bird Fee: $75/Racer via Active     
     Deadline: January 31, 2012 (Midnight)

     Regular Fee: $95/Racer via Active
    Deadline: March 31, 2012 (Midnight)
    Race T-Shirt Deadline: March 31, 2012 (Midnight)

    Late Fee: $100/Racer via Active AND No T-Shirt guarantee.

Registration Closes: April 30, 2012 at (Midnight)

Transfer Deadline: Wednesday, May 9, 2012 (Midnight)

Transfers: $20 per Transfer.  We will transfer your registration to another racer for an additional charge of $20.  Any fees you wish to recoup are between you and your replacement.  All transfers must be for the current year - there are no transfers to future years (see below).  Please Contact Us for transfer details.

Cancellations: Due to the enormous amount of work and planning that goes into the preparation for this event there are NO REFUNDS.  If you do not race and are unable to transfer your registration you can take your fee as a tax deductible donation.

Changes: We are happy to make necessary changes/corrections to your registration for no additional charge.  Please remember that our "staff" is 100% volunteer, and we ask that you keep change requests to a necessary minimum.
Waivers

We are required to have an original signed waiver for every racer.  Please download the waiver, sign it, and bring it to packet pick-up on Friday, May 11, 2012.  If you are unable to make it to packet pick-up you may send your signed waiver with a teammate or friend, and they can pick up your packet for you.  You can also mail your waiver to:  (We are not responsible for waivers lost in the mail - it is you responsibility to confirm we received it.)
