TRANSFERS - A Solo entry can transfer to any Solo Class. Same goes for the Duo category. 3-4 Grommet and 3-4 Family can transfer to the other 3-4 classes, but additional fees may be due to 12 Hours of Mesa Verde. Fund transfers for the original entry are between the original participant and the new participant. Please email us once you are ready to make the transfer.

VENUE - The venue opens on Thursday afternoon. Camping is free and first come first serve. The spaces on the south side below the mesa are set aside for tents only, but no camp fires are allowed. Tents and trailers can camp anywhere that is open to camping. RV Hookup spots include water and electric only, are first come first serve, and are $100 for the weekend. Please do not park in these spaces if you do not want to pay.

CAMPFIRES - May be banned this year due to burn restrictions. If they are allowed, a self-contained fire pit or pan is REQUIRED along with proper disposal of all ashes (no hot ashes in the dumpster). No campfires anytime along the south side below the mesa.
